• Each person is allowed only one (1) active account. Duplicate or multi-accounting is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending balances.

9phvip reserves the right to request valid government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID) to verify your identity at any point. Failure to provide these documents may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

2. Account Security and Responsibility

Your 9phvip account is your personal responsibility. You are solely accountable for all activities that occur under your username and password. To protect your account:

• Choose a strong, unique password and never share it with anyone, including 9phvip customer support agents — we will never ask for your password.
• Always log out from shared or public devices after your session.
• Notify us immediately at our official support email if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

9phvip will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. Any bets placed or transactions made while you are logged in are considered authorised by you.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

• Bonuses are only available to one account per household, IP address, and device. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.
• 9phvip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• If we identify that a bonus has been obtained through fraudulent means or through exploitation of a technical error, we reserve the right to void any winnings derived from that bonus and suspend the account concerned.

The Refer a Friend programme allows existing 9phvip members to earn rewards when they successfully invite new players. Referral bonuses are credited only after the referred friend completes the required qualifying deposit and meets the minimum wagering threshold. Self-referrals or referrals to accounts belonging to the same household are not eligible.

5. Betting Rules and Fair Play

All bets placed on 9phvip — whether on sports, NBA basketball, volleyball matches, esports tournaments, or fishing games — are governed by the specific rules for that product or event. By placing a bet, you accept the applicable rules in full. Key points include:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member.

• Any form of match-fixing, collusion, or use of automated betting software (bots) is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

6. Prohibited Activities
